Visiting Filmmaker, Nancy Holt

Nancy Holt, well-known environmental artist, will present her films Swamp, Pine Barrens, and Sun Tunnels. Ms. Holt's appeareance coincides with the Museum of Natural History's Earth Day Anniversary events. Her films sometimes relate to sculptural pieces she has made, such as the Sun Tunnels in the Utah desert, and at other times they are the primary means of treating a landscape, such as the Pine Barrens of New Jersey.
