Letter from Sally Dixon to Anthony McCall
(8/8/1975)
Mr. Anthony McCall R. D. 270 Springtown Road New Paltz, New York 12561
Dear Anthony:
Thanks so much for your promptness in sending the material I asked for. I am delighted that you can come.
I wonder if there was some confusion on the date. In your letter you mention September 6, however on the phone the date we agreed upon was September 9. Is this still acceptable to you?
If so, this is to confirm that you will introduce and discuss your films on Tuesday September 9,
1975 at 8:30 p.m. at the Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute. We will show Line Describing a Cone and Four Projected Movements.
As you know, we pay an honorarium of $500 out of which must come your travel, I shall be happy to have you stay at my house as I mentioned on the phone, and look forward to seeing you then.
Please give my love to Carolee.
Most sincerely,
Sally F. Dixon Curator, Film Section
