FILM SECTION February 26, 1971 Administrator Porter Memorial Hospital 2525 South Downing Denver, Colorado Dear Sir: Film maker Stan Brakhage has Just finished shooting footage in Pittsburgh for a film dealing with hospitals. We have had excellent cooperation and assistance from the hospitals and patients involved. The film thus far includes open heart surgery, wards, emergency room situations and a premature nursery. Alas, no birth, but we understand that he could have the opportunity to film a hospital birth within the next month, and wonder if you could make this possible.
