Enclosed are your plane tickets and itinerary for your March 1 appearance here. Please check them over and let me know if there are any problems. Also I would appreciate it if you would hold on to the ticket stubs and send them back to me after you have returned to New York. I'll need them for our records.
Bill will pick you up at the airport on your arrival. If you have any questions, please give me a call. We all looking forward to the event!
